This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Atlanta Life Insurance Company, and its affiliates (collectively “Atlanta Life,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information about consumers. It applies only to information that you provide through the Atlanta Life website as well as any other websites, member portals, or applications that contain a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other websites, applications, or services that do not link to this Privacy Policy. Certain parts of the Services are available only to members of insurance plans who have registered or created an account through the Services.

SMS Messaging. Atlanta Life operates an SMS program that sends opted-in subscribers various company updates and marketing material. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
