Marcy’s first career was in education earning her Superintendent’s and Principal licenses for NYC and working there for a decade. Marcy attended the NADA Dealers Academy and invested in the Saturn franchise opening Saturn of Bordentown in 1991 and building Saturn of Toms River in 1993. In 2000, she bought Winsdor Nissan building the brand image. Having an insurance license, Marcy brought a Farmers agency into the dealership, Agency Plus.

In 2015 received the Blue Vase award making her the 1st dealership agency in the country and in the 87 year history of Farmers Insurance to accomplish this prestigious award. Marcy has served on the NADA Board for over a dozen years: First as Director of Women East and then elected Director for New Jersey. During the terms she served on various committees: Finance, Public Affairs, Dealership Operations, ATAE, NADCF. As a member of the NJCAR BT, she has been elected to represent Mercer County. There are several community and philanthropic efforts in which she has been active. Local sponsorships include the volunteer fire and EMT squads. An audio visual room was equipped for the senior center. A financial literacy curriculum was established for the East Winsdor Board of Education. Along with the Committee of 200, a business leadership organization, much time has been spent mentoring women to complete a PhD in business and return to teach in an MBA program. Currently, her international enrollment is with Wazi.

This company sells products made by women and at risk youth living in Tanzania. These dollars give them an income and sustainable skill to grow successfully in their village. Marcy’s business leadership has been recognized throughout her career including being named to Automotive News’ “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry in 2005 and 2010; Manheims’s Automotive Women of the Year in 2005; Working Women Magazine Top 500 Women and attending three U.S. State Department Women Business Leaders Summits around the world.
